Dteckt, Inc. operates dteckt.com and related mobile and web applications for the purpose of providing security services. Secure VPN

Dteckt, Inc. guarantees a strict no-logs policy for the VPN Service, meaning that the Dteckt Secure VPN Service is provided by an automated process, and your activities while using it are not monitored, recorded, logged, stored or passed to any third party. We do not store connection timestamps, session information, used bandwidth, traffic logs, IP addresses or other data. However, to fight abuse and enforce proper license usage, an algorithm keeps a username and the timestamp of the last session status while the session is active. This data is deleted promptly after the session is terminated.

Information You May Give Us for Other Services

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

• Email address

• First name and last name

• Phone number

• Address, State, Province, ZIP/Postal code, City

• Credit Card Number

• Companies you do business with

• Social Security Number

Automatic Information

We may also collect information that your browser automatically sends whenever you visit our Service or when you access the Service by or through a mobile device.  This may include information such as:

If we sell all or part of our business, or make a sale or transfer of our assets, or are otherwise involved in a merger or transfer of all or a material part of our business, or are involved in a bankruptcy, Dteckt may transfer your information to the party or parties involved as part of that transaction.

Retention of Personal Information

We keep your personal information to enable your continued use Dteckt’s services, for as long as it is required to fulfill the relevant purposes described in this Privacy Policy, as may be required by law (including for tax and accounting purposes), or as otherwise communicated to you. How long we retain specific personal information varies depending on the purpose for its use, and we will delete your personal information in accordance with applicable law.

Payments

We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In that case, we may use third-party services for payment processing (e.g., payment processors).  We will not store or collect your payment card or banking details unless you elect to pay using a recurring payment feature of the service. Information may be provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their respective Privacy Policy.

Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to other websites or mobile applications that are not operated by us. If you click a third-party link, you will be directed to that third-party’s website or mobile application. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every website you visit.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child has provided us with personally identifiable information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personally identifiable information from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

Changes, Deletion, and Access to Your Personal Information

For those with access to Dteckt’s Service, you can make Information or Data Deletion requests at any time. As a subscriber, you can update your password, email address, mailing address, phone number, payment information, and banking information at any time on the website. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may make changes to our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy to the website and updating the “last modified” date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
